For example, the <strong>Subsequent Mind<\/strong> (Mano) observes the <strong>Color<\/strong> (Matter) appearing at the <strong>Eye<\/strong> and the <strong>Seeing Consciousness<\/strong> (Mind) with <strong>Wisdom<\/strong>. It is the <strong>Subsequent Mind<\/strong> observing with <strong>Wisdom<\/strong> the <strong>Sound<\/strong> (Matter) and <strong>Hearing Consciousness<\/strong> (Mind) at the <strong>Ear<\/strong>, the <strong>Scent<\/strong> (Matter) and <strong>Smelling Consciousness<\/strong> (Mind) at the <strong>Nose<\/strong>, the <strong>Flavor<\/strong> (Matter) and <strong>Tasting Consciousness<\/strong> (Mind) at the <strong>Tongue<\/strong>, and the <strong>Touch<\/strong> (Matter) and <strong>Tactile Consciousness<\/strong> (Mind) at the <strong>Body<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At the mind door (Mano), the <strong>Subsequent Mind<\/strong> must observe the <strong>Preceding Mind's thought\/object<\/strong> with <strong>Mindfulness and Wisdom<\/strong>. In the <strong>Maha Satipatthana Sutta<\/strong>, regarding <strong>Contemplation of Mind (Cittanupassana)<\/strong>, if a <strong>Greedy Mind<\/strong> arises in the <strong>Preceding Mind<\/strong>, one must strive to know it as a <strong>Greedy Mind<\/strong> with <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> in the <strong>Subsequent Mind<\/strong>. Even if there is <strong>no Greedy Mind<\/strong> in the <strong>Preceding Mind<\/strong>, the <strong>Subsequent Mind<\/strong> must apply <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> and know it as a mind free
